yesbe Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Obligations

01 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and yesbe ("yesbe", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the yesbe website, mobile interface, and all associated products and services including the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, and payment facilities available at yesbe.io.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the yesbe platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. 02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use yesbe. Any account found to be operated by or on behalf of a person under 21 will be immediately closed, all funds will be returned to the verified payment source, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

2.2 Residency & Access

You represent and warrant that you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is prohibited by applicable law. 2.3 Registration Process

Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one active yesbe account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts created under different names, on different devices, or using different payment methods by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. yesbe uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all accounts may be closed and balances may be voided.

03 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your yesbe account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party. yesbe will never contact you via any channel requesting your password. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not authorised by you.

3.2 Suspected Unauthorised Access

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify yesbe support immediately at [email protected]. yesbe will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receiving verified notification, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to such notification.

3.3 Account Closure by Player

You may close your yesbe account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to any outstanding verification requirements.

3.4 Account Closure by yesbe

yesbe reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where the Terms have been breached, where fraudulent activity is suspected, where regulatory obligations require it, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform. In cases of suspected fraud, balances may be withheld pending investigation.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

yesbe currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). yesbe does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by third-party payment providers.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on yesbe is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. yesbe may at its discretion impose additional deposit limits on individual accounts for responsible gaming or security reasons. Players may also request voluntary deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within a standard window of 6 to 24 hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

05 Betting Rules

5.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on yesbe are final once confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. yesbe accepts no responsibility for bets placed in error. In the event of a technical fault that prevents confirmation of a bet, the bet will be considered void and the stake returned.

5.2 Odds & Market Changes

Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet. yesbe offers both fixed-odds and exchange-style markets. In-play (live) betting odds fluctuate continuously and accepted in-play bets are binding at the confirmed odds regardless of subsequent market movements.

5.3 Void Bets

yesbe may void a bet in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the event does not complete within the time window specified in the market rules; the bet was placed at incorrect odds due to a system error or human error; or the event result is declared void by the governing sports body. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned in full.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

yesbe reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual markets and across individual accounts. Maximum single-bet payout limits are displayed on the relevant market page. yesbe will not be liable to pay winnings that exceed the published maximum payout limits.

06 Casino & Games Rules

All casino games available on yesbe — including live dealer tables, slot machines, crash games, and table games — are operated by certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is subject to its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live physical processes (in the case of live dealer games). yesbe does not manipulate game outcomes. 7.2 Wagering Requirements

7.4 Promotional Changes

yesbe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without advance notice. Promotions are subject to availability and may be targeted at specific player segments. yesbe is not obligated to offer any bonus or promotion to any particular player.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the yesbe platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balances, and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to influence betting outcomes or game results
• Participating in, facilitating, or benefiting from any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt sporting activity
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or platform malfunctions
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Operating multiple accounts or sharing an account with another individual
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or negatively impacts other players' experience

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any yesbe content without prior written authorisation from yesbe.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yesbe's total liability to you in respect of any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your yesbe account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

yesbe shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings; losses arising from platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events; or losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.

The yesbe platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. yesbe makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, and accepts no liability for any loss resulting from platform downtime or technical failure beyond its reasonable control.

12 Amendments & Termination

yesbe reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, yesbe will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

yesbe may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time and for any reason, including for breach of these Terms, for legal or regulatory compliance reasons, or for business reasons at yesbe's sole discretion. Upon termination, any verified remaining balance in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to any outstanding verification or investigation requirements.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. yesbe operates as a platform targeting the Bangladesh market. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through yesbe's internal complaints process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

yesbe's internal complaints procedure is the first point of resolution for all player disputes. Players are encouraged to contact support in the first instance. yesbe undertakes to respond to formal complaints within 5 business days and to endeavour to resolve them within 28 calendar days of receipt.
